Original Author: Bill Kenney, Bentley Technical Support Group

    Problem

    User cannot delete file

    Product: ProjectWise Client V8i
    Version: 08.11.11.111
Area: Explorer, Problem ID#: 88608, Select Category

    Solution

User had versions of the file that were not showing. Enable setting for
"Show all versions".  File had a version that was set to "Final Status"
Change the Status to"Previous" via right click > Change State > Remove
Final Status. You can now delete the "active" version.
