Note: If you disable Integration Revit works fine.
The problem turned out to be an access violation. We checked for any anti-virus or otherprotection software and turned out the user had DeviceLock. This was causing issues with Revit integration by blocking the creation of the R drive. TSG's recommendation is to remove DeviceLock. Once Devicelock wasremoved from one system, the PW/Revit integration worked fine.
The user had a workaround that involved modifying the registry.
