Might happen when logging into ProjectWise Explorer with Bentley IMS credentials.

- Verify that the User Account is set to Federated Identity in ProjectWise Administrator- Uninstall CONNECTION Client- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Bentley Shared - rename the CONNECTION Client folder- Reboot the Machine- Reinstall CONNECTION Client
