Search Topic /Question: I am unable to log in to ProjectWise Explorer using an IMS account. I am getting an error message "CONNECTION Client could not be accessed, it is not signed-in." In CONNECTION Client I am getting error "Connection Failure, Could not connect."
Solution 1: Check the Bentley Cloud Services Status to see if there is an issue with the IMS service.
If the Bentley Cloud Services status is good then.
Solution 2: Check the network configurations.
