Problem Description

When PW integration is enabled, closing Microstation file does not prompt to check in. The problem is specific to certain users and they are not using a user association.

Reason

The users working directory was configured for C:\Documents and Settings\... and they were running on Windows 7.

Steps to Resolve

1. Have user check in any files they have currently checked out
2. Change thier working directory to a valid location
