Problem Description

401.1 error "Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials." (when installing BFI)
All the permissions for the PW directory seem to be set up correctly.

Solution

The IUSR_<MachineName> user for IIS was in the Guests group, moved to the admin group and out of guest
