ProjectWise menus and toolbar in AutoCAD not displaying correctly

      Product(s): ProjectWise Caching Server
      Version(s): 08.09.04.xx
Original Author: Bentley Technical Support Group

    Problem

Since we have upgraded to the 08.09.04.63 Client - we have been experiencing problems with the ProjectWise menus and toolbar in AutoCAD. Only one menu shows up:
I try to change the workspace so that they will show up again:
Everything looks like it will work until I click the OK button to exit out of the Customize User Interface. Then it reverts back to just the one menu and the toolbar disappears leaving a space where it was and then shifting my existing toolbars from their original spot. I can try to remove both menus and the toolbar and it will look like it will work and then when you exit the CUI it will revert back to showing one menu and leaving the space for the toolbar.  This is especially annoying since the workspace is set to have toolbars saved to a specific location and then they are rearranged when the toolbar appears and then disappears whenever you make a change to the CUI file

    Solution

changed the load order of the idacad……arx file in the registry to a high number (so it would load last). It seems to have patched the problem for now.
