I think I found a bug with the "locking" of position flags in the latest SS6 patch ending in 87. When adding position flags to Connections (named logical links), they do not stay in their moved positions. They actually seem to move a bit randomly with each 2D update (it took 2 updates when I tried it for them to relocate to their default position).

I did this with position flag "blocks", I haven't tried it with standard position flags yet.

I have opposite problem - my flags in 2D drawing are locked and i can't move/adjust them manually. When i place cursor over flag it highlight(pic.1). But when I click/select it it select whole detail(pic.2). There is no grips to move position flag

I found solution on forum ! It is neccesarry to make sure that the Handles are not disabled in Element Selection tool :)

This happens a lot in AutoCAD too, where the user has "group selection" enabled and can't pick individual pieces.
