Hi all,
I got a question concerning extraction for base plate location (anchor plan). Due to the actual position of the plant the models are rotated some degrees from the X-Axis.
Extraction of plan views at different elevation they come out perpendicular to X-Axis but when it come to Anchor Plan (only), the result is the following (see image below).
Please advise.
Enzo
Hi, yes Its true, as you say, views don´t scale the anchors extra, you need the anchor plan view.
So the video show nearly the solution, but instead of an view, change the UCS like in the video and draw an extra work frame using the turned new UCS, and use the anchor plan of the secondary work frame. that will give an alligned plan

Hi Enzo,
Is this how you want it?

Hi Roger,
When I said 90 degrees is only for the extraction, the model is as the file i posted. Today i looked the image you posted, looks like you used the BOTTOM view yo have what you are showing on the image.
I have to be able to extract ANCHOR PLAN usind skewed buildings (with workframe included). Why I insist on the ANCHOR PLAN is because we are using exaggerated.
Attached I included the Detail Style I am currently using, so that you can give it a try and feed me back with more info.
Thanks Roger.
PS: rename the file and change the extention to ".stx", bentley site doesn't leave me upload the detail style file
