ProStructures isn't recognizing shape 25 rebar

Good afternoon,

I have created a shape 25 (standee) rebar, however, when positioning Prostructures doesn't recognize the shape. Have I created the rebar incorrectly?

Using ProStructures V8i PowerProduct SELECTseries 8

    Hello Rick Erickson,

    Thanks for posting this query in Bentley Community Forum.

    This looks like created in multiple plane, not in same plane. ProStructures cannot able to manage shapes created in 3d plane. This issue is already there in our log and development team is working on that part.

    However we need the following details.

    1. Which ProStructures version you are using?
    2. Can you please share the rsf file and model so that we can investigate?

    Good morning Sandip,

    The version of ProStructures we are using is:ProStructures V8i PowerProduct SELECT series 8, Version: 08.11.14.343

    Here is the model: 2642.TEST.dgn

    When I try to upload the .rsf file I receive the following error:

    I will attempt to send you the .rsf file from email.

    Hi Rick,

    I have tested your file and able to get the Partlist with the managed shape. When you got the Shape 25 with "***" just double click and then manage the Shape. I have attached a document which may resolve your problem.

    If still you face issue then run Key - in "mdl command pc_manage_rsf" which will reload your Rebar Shape File.

    Also please share your RSF file in my email as still I have not received the file.

    How to manage unmanaged shape?
