I seem to be getting the same page coming up every time I try to create a new service request. Please see the attached photo of the screen that I have attached.
Every time I select "New Service Request" in my Bentley User Portal this message comes up. The blank form to create a new service request does not come up.
Do you know why this is occurring? Everyone else in my office seems to have the correct page display when selecting "New Service Request".

Hi Alistair, I have not received a call yet. I am still having this problem, I can not submit service requests under my profile.
Hi Jeff, I am sorry for a delayed response. I had earlier checked in your account information for MANITOBA, and found that your information as a user was not added. However, I have now added your name and you should be able to log Service Request without any issue. Please check for the same and update me whether you are able to do so.
