Hello,
I created a new file for some of our concrete components and I have noticed that sometimes the rebar shifts from inside the concrete to outside on its own.
For example, in the video that I have attached you can see that when I make a copy of the model labelled "Panel Mk. N4" the model is created and the bars are shifted to the outside of the concrete. Then when I click on the bar and exit the command the bars shift back inside the concrete to the correct position.
I have also noticed this issue when opening and closing other files that contain existing reinforcing. It is not just this file.

I have gone through your attached video and I understood your point. But the same thing I tested with Update 4 and not able to reproduce. Are you using Update 3. If so then I can say in update 4 this issue is no more. I have tested and able to get the same model copied from the parent one without Rebar movement outside.
We can further test on this. It would be nice if your can share your example model.

We are currently running Update 3 here.

We have tested your file too in Update#4 and the Rebar modeling retains same even though created by copying new model of this. We have also reproduced the same in Update # 4. There is an issue in Update#3 which is resolved in Update#4. So would be nice if you can switch to Update#4 if you are okay with this.
