View and edit bar cover for a set of bars

I updated my profile 2 days ago, including contact information.  Let me know if you need other information.

Please see image below.  I'm needed to know how I can edit the bar cover by raising or lowering the entire matt of rebar in the floor of my structure.  Similarly, how can I lengthen or shorten all vertical bars in the walls?  It seems that the Rebar Modification ribbon only allows for modifying one rebar at a time.

Is there a good way to measure or view the current bar cover?

I was able to resolve this issue.  I didn't notice that I can go to Edit Rebar, then change end condition and apply it to the rebar zone.
