To achieve this please follow below steps: 
 
 
 
1. Create the concrete element by MicroStation Solid. 
 
 
2. Then can use custom reinforcement to achieve your result. 
 
 
3. There are Single Rebar distribution tool, Irregular dispatch tool. 
 
 
4. Using these tool you can achieve your result.
