I have a concrete deck, the deck is curved and slopes in two different directions. When using ProConcrete Signle RebarSet I am defining the curved sloped outline for the bars but the bars are not following the cross slope of the shape, see image attached. As you can see from the image the rebar starts off on the shape and does follow the outline with respect to the length of the rebar but does not follow the slop. The curved shape of the outline seems to effect the bar locations. If I have a shape without the curve the rebar seems to follow the shape and slope better. Even when the curve is defined by vertex points the rebar still does not follow the slope of the shape sometimes.
Hi Mike,
As far as I understood, you are using Single Rebarset for the Curved Deck, but to let you know, Single Rebarset will not work for curved deck. In that case you can use Single Rebar Distribution or Irregular Dispatch tool.
We can help you if you are not understood.

OK but the Single Rebar Distribution or Irregular Dispatch tools to not have the "Select Direction for Rebar Option" my bars need to be perpendicular to the curved face but follow the shape outline of the bridge skew over the shoulder. This also was used for the main transverse reinforcing. I could use some help because the "Single RebarSet" seems to have the set direction options I need while the other tools i.e. "Single Rebar Distribution" or "Irregular Dispatch Tools" do not.

This is the model I am working on. There are a number of construction lines involved. But I would like to see how to use Irregular Dispatch to get the transverse bars in this curved, skewed, and sloped deck. The link below should allow you to download the DGN.
