I'm new user of Prostructures (AutoCad version) and I'm having trouble finding learning resources like videos or user manual.
Most videos on youtube are based on Microstation version. Can anyone give me some leads where to find them? at least the manual...

There is no extra manual, the help file is quite good in content.

but in the link you shared i can not find learning path for ProConcrete for AutoCad(which I'm more interested in),
Only Prosteel is available.

well, the Prconcrete capacities under Autocad are limited, under the MicroStation product they are much better, especially in detailing.
