I like my rebar colours to be by level, however it sees like my current version does not colour them. When I select the function, then PC thinks for a while and then no change. Is this a bug or do I need to enable this function somehow?.
My current PC version is 10.05.02.50

I am mainly thinking about the 3D modelling part. Using colors is helpful with navigating in the complex designs and before I could use the function Rebar Disåply/Set Rebar Color By Level og manage my colors. The function should look into my level Manager and color the rebar by the color set to the layer.
The image included shows the function, and that the rebar is still colored as per default.

Thanks for clarifying your requirement. As you want to colorize the rebars in your 3D model, setting the rebar on a particular level while modelling or through the PS Properties should work and the color should get displayed accordingly. If this does not work on your end, mat be we could have a live screen sharing session to quickly resolve your issue.
Alternatively, if you just want to set the rebars' colors in the 3D model for navigating with ease while reviewing your entire structure, applying the Display Rules would also suit the cause. You can find some more information on how to do this below -
