I have a user that had ProStructures installed on their system. Even though we have a license for ProConcrete, when the user tries to open ProStructures, it says the trial license has expired. I tried to open ProStructures so I could verify the correct license was applied when ProStructures was installed. Unfortunately, it won't let into the program far enough to check it. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it has held onto the trial expired setting. Does anyone have any idea how to get around the trial expiration so I can verify the license?

Since when did the issue appear? if it's from today, there was a server outage which is resolved now.
If it's a long-pending issue, see the below answer from my colleague. There is a way around getting the license choice dialog when the license is expired, but for this, we would need to look remotely at your machine.
