what does this mean?
Hi Richard,
Can you please specify which elements are you trying to copy / move ? Also, are they originally created in ProStructures or any other application like OpenBuildings or OpenBridge ?
Also, if this issue is critical for your business, we recommend you to please log a Service Request so that we can work on this on prime importance. You can follow the below Wiki to log a Service Request -
Regards,Alistair Lobo
it was all created in prostructures and all members are prosteel members? the members i am trying to move etc. are just angles , shs, plates?
Can you please attach your model here and share some pictures of the objects you want to copy/move. We can then check for the same on our end.
Actually I initially did it in prostructures then i opened the file in open buildings? but i did no modifications, then closed the file and opened it if prostructures? thats when i found that i couldn't move or copy etc.?
sorry but have been very busy on a project but will try to share my model. i am finding that if i create a model in prostructures, then open it in OBD and close then open it in prostructures i do lose functionally in my prostructures members and find that i also cannot create a partlist in the model / drawing?
