Schedule Generator - Pin Diameter and Shape Number

I have a couple of questions regarding the Rebar Schedule Generator...specifically the Custom Schedule tab.  I am fairly new to ProStructures so it could be I don't understand a setting somewhere. Using PS 10.05.02.51

1. I'm trying to setup some bar tables similar to the way a Client usually does them.  They show the Pin with the bent bar diagram.  The ProStructures bar diagrams don't include the Pin Diameter so I included that column in the Custom Schedule.  It appears the value placed is actually the radius and it rounds up/down the value to the nearest 1/4".  Am I missing something with this or a setting somewhere I could adjust to show the diameter vs the radius.  The Pin for the bar below should be 3 3/4".
   
   
2. My second question is more just trying to understand how the tool works.  I'm seeing that bending diagrams from Bentley don't seem to match the shape of the bar in the model.  How does ProConcrete determine a shape number to assign to a specific bar?  See below for example bar.  Should the user modify the RSF file to give different options for unique bent bars?
