I'm cutting a section through a bridge deck. The longitudinal bars are No. 5 bars and are difficult to see on the printed sheet. The 2D rebar circle is the actual size of the No. 5 bar. I did a little bit of digging into the Display.sys file and found the NDIA, FLGL, LMIN, LMAX parameters which I though would get me what I wanted. I played around with several combinations of those parameters and it always just showed the longitudinal circle as the actual diameter of the bar. Am I missing something with those parameters or is there something else in the sys file that could show those 2D circles larger than the actual diameter of the bar?
Thanks,
Jamie

Hello Jamison Wahl,
Thanks for posting this question in Bentley Community Forum.
There is a variable which can scale up the the longitudinal bar dia. Let me work on this and will get back to you. In the meantime, I will recommend to visit this Wiki page where you will find many contents related to 2D rebar customization.

Thanks Sandip,
I'm curious if you've tracked down what SYS parameter or variable can adjust the diameter of the 2D rebar.
Has there been any update to this issue? I am having the same problem. I modified display.sys variables FSZE, FLGL, LMIN, NOFF and NDIA, but they seem to have no effect on the longitudinal bar size.
Hi Mark,Can you provide a sample file showing the issue? I am still checking other variables that might affect these variables. While we are working, can you also file a Service Case so we can take proper action to the issue.
