Hi,
I am testing Manual Marking Tool and I can't load the Pad Footing into the Manager. It is possible for all other elements (Beams, Columns, Wall) but not for the Pad Footing. Could You check this out? I have version 10.06.01.59 of Prostructures.

Manual Marking Tools work also on rebars without mark. I tested this on others element. I already found out when it fails to load Pad Footing to Manager. It fails when in Pad Footing Reinforcing, the Spacing is declared. When I choose the Quantity then I can load this Pad Footing into Manager. You can test it in the attached file where there are two Pad Footing one with the Spacing, second with the Quantity declared. I think it must be a bug in program.fund2_test.dgn
Thanks for bringing this point. I tested and found you are right. When Qty. is not mentioned, then it is not populating in manual Bar Marking manager.
This is a Bug and i would like you to create a Service Request so that we can take proper action.
if you are getting difficulties to log SR, you can follow the below Wiki link.

I created as You suggested a Service Request.
Regards,
Thanks for raising the service request (SR#7001448738) as suggested.I would like to inform you that this issue resulted in Bug Report 948910, and will be evaluated by the product management team for our regular CONNECT Edition updates. Meanwhile I would recommend using following workflow: Instead of using spacing option, you could use the quantity option in the Pad Footing Reinforcing tool so that the rebars gets loaded into the Manual Bar Marks Manager.
