Does anydoby know if ProSteel can export IFC's?

not yet directly. Soon there will be a subset of ISM / Structural Synchroniser capable of exporting IFC.
I will write here when the version is released on SELECT

IFC Structural ?
That would indeed be very welcome, as it would solve a problem to structural software which is capable of IFC Structural, but not ISM - like FEM Design.
The latest versions of Structural Synchronizer can export IFC. Go Files Export IFC.
Has the IFC export been added to the ISM export yet?
Yes its in there and available. So any ProStructure Modell can be exportet to IFC via ISM.
