Dimension Annotation Scale is not working in Prostructures SS7

Question

Power Prostructure SS7 - 
 Whenever I created 3d model and do some elevation Views by dynamic views then do some annotation on the drawing files, annotation for dimension is not working whenever I change the annotation scale the dimension text is not changing. pls check the video, I have try this DV in microstation alone, but annotation scale is working properly so I assume that prostructures the one has a problem.

Looks like ProStructure has an issue with scaling here, we are investigating.

I know this is old thread, but I had the same problem and found the answer in another thread on Microstation forum:

 All dimension styles in Prostroctures seed files have Annotation Scale manually set to to 1 . Why? I don't know, but we can change it by clicking on Annotation Scale in Dimension Styles dialog and uncheck the box
