The OBM model was a English based model. OBM has an export to PS option where it directly opens the OBM model. Is this not the desired workflow? Additionally, I can use a PS seed file but the resolution is much different than the supplied OBM model. I'm having an issue where each software supplies seed files and drawing seed dgnlibs that vary in resolution and this is posing a problem when using all the software together, especially with dynamic views and text placement.

the recommended workflow is to use a Prosteel Seed file, reference in the OBM model and reinforce it, for imperial please use our imperial seed file and for metric our metric one. If you have used the US/Can localization its likely that you have opened an metric OBM file in an imperial ProConcrete environment.

Reinforcement works with References.

Please check the unit settings, best is when your referenced in OBM modell and our ProConcrete Seed file have the same units.

The weights are off by a factor of 25.4 so its clearly trying to convert inches to mm somewhere. The seed file has working units that are different the one supplied with PS (1000 units per survey foot) to be consistent with my OBM models.

I am using ss8. I used a seed file that was supplied with OpenBridgeModeler, since that where i started the model to create the concrete piers. I am using a custom project that was start by using the USA/Canada project. dgn attached, i cannot attached the .mdb

Hi Michael,

What is the complete version that you are using? Can you please send us the file and the mdb file created when you generated the partlist? Lastly, what seed file di you use when you create this model? Which localisation are you in?
