Partlist (L&L) Background Colours Based on Value

Try this:

Create a function to test for your condition. Go to the data line field you want to control. Click on the Background property & set it to formula, insert your test here. Then click on the color property & set to your desired color when the formula test is true. This worked for me...this test for rolled members...

Got it sorted out. For anyone else interested, my formulas are below:

In the 'background' field: COND(Partlist.SHIPPING_NO_="TF" OR Partlist.SHIPPING_NO_="TB",1,0)
In the 'colour' field: COND(Partlist.SHIPPING_NO_="TF",RGB(245,150,0),RGB(0,170,170))

Glad to hear its working for you. I was going to reply that you actually didn't need to create a function in this case as you can simply write the formula directly into the field. Functions are defined under the projects tab. I have several defined that I link together into a logic tree.
