For some reason I cant edit the weld flag locations using the grip edit
I can move position flags by selecting the middle grip, but weld flags I cannot. I can move the weld symbol leader line or rotate the flag but not shift it.

I believe I have isolated the issue. The error occurs only when a custom block is declared, but inactive in the symbol listbox
We have some legacy symbol blocks that were used in our v8i implementation, but at some point deactivated.
If the symbol is activated then the grips work properly.
I have tested and can reproduce the behaviour by toggling the symbol on/off. To fix, the list-box must be empty or active.
