Presently any Assembly of groups that we detail is showing hidden lines irrespective of detailstyle settings.
We are able to control the viewing of hidden lines in single parts and groups via the detailstyle settngs, but with Assemblies we are not able to turn off hidden lines although it is set to not show in the detailstyle.
Assemblies (a collection of groups) is new to us and the complexity of the Assembly means we must not show hidden lines, how is this possible?

Also it would be better, if you can share one sample model having Assembly.There are two options for sharing your model files on BE Communities. If you would like the files to be visible to other members, compress the files into a zip file and upload them as an attachment via insert. If your data is confidential, you can follow the instructions in the link below to send it to us via Bentley Sharefile. Files uploaded to Sharefile can only be viewed by Bentley.communities.bentley.com/.../bentleysecurefilesupload.aspxIf you upload the model files to Sharefile, please post a message here so we know they are available.

where are you setting the hidden lines? Setting under 2D Display > Common > hidden edges should control it
