Hello Everyone,
I had face this issue several time and now i just want to freeze it.
while working on power-pro structure, the dgn file was suddenly crash and after trying to re-opened it the following massage shown in the pop up window and am not able to even open it.
please help me to resolve the issue because each time this massage appears, we lost our work.
the power pro structure version is
V8i SS7 08.11.11.616
The dgn file is attached herewith

Let us check the model if it can opened. By the way, do you have any backup for the same model?
Also do let us know before this crash, what activities you performed in the model.

Yes,i have back up for my model but its 2 day before.
also note that there is several X- reference files are attached in this model.
i was just performed the poly-cut command then the model is suddenly crash.
There is also one thing that i noticed, typically this issue is happened when there is mass no. of parts present in the model or mass no. of grouping elements are present.

We recommend you to set the auto backup option and following is the link how you can do this. This is a good practice to set as Auto Backup which at least will store with the maximum changes and whenever you come across with any issues, will save you to remodel.
