We recently upgraded our Autodesk products to 2020 and installed the object enablers from the Bentley website, however the steel we modeled in ProStructures is showing as wireframe proxy graphics. Any idea why the object enablers do not seem to be working?
please look in the command line if you get any errors, like the Prostructures.dbx could not be loaded. many thanks.

it says we are missing the pro_Stahl object enabler...is there a separate German one? why would that be?
This is just the internal name being German. This hints the enabler is not loaded. Please look for ProStructures.dbx on your machine and see if it is existing. You can try to load it manually with Appload. If this works please deinstall and reinstall.
