Prostructures - Shapes and other function Dialog box not popping up.

I have been unable to use certain tools in Prostructures.

Clicking on the icon like create shapes doesn't pop up the dialog box nor display intruction promt on the message tab at the bottom left.

Could someone please assist.

Will I need to reinstall?
