Hi Ricardo, Please refer the below Wiki on how to create a Partlist Database in ProSteel -
The above workflow is explained for the CONNECT Edition of the application, but it is similar for the version you have mentioned (just some difference in UI and settings / option).

quick follow up.. this database need be recreated "Manually" every time I modify the model?
Yes, as this is external data. one would see in the revision management that the part list needs to be updates when parts have been changed.
There is also the indrawing part list, this one, if set to automatic update, updates when data in the model changes.

Hi Johannes,
I should started from that front. We are integrating ProSteel and ProConcrete data to some kind of data repository. Currently the data is exported manually by the designer every week on each model (+100) collected in one table and send it over to the Integration system.
we are looking in the possibility to automate those report generation that is costing about 20 min/Drawing on the designer side
