Hi,
I'm just exploring some different configurations with part descriptions (free descriptions, etc). Got a few questions:
1. Is it possible to edit a description without changing the layer? I can assign a desription and the part will stay on the same layer. But if I change the description to 'none', the layer will revert to default ProSteel layer (PS_Shape or PS_Plate, etc).
2. In the 'Files' tab of global settings - what are the 'Working Description' and 'Origin Descripions' config files? These files are blank in my installation.

1. yes, none is an exemption, it reverts back to the default level.
2. These 2 files are obsolete, they had been used for additional manipulation and part description
