In my 3dmodel I have quite big area covered by plates. There are many holes 5.6 mm for bolts drilled in plates. I do not want to insert bolts in all these places, I simply need to calculate total amount of drilled holes to calculate bolts for them.
Is there a way to find out this amount of these holes?
The best, if I can calculate this depending on the diameter of holes.
Yes, in the Partlist you can add a column for hole numbers in parts. If you are familiar with List and Label you can sort by Diameter,
The field to add is NumHoles

I know that way, however I'm not familiar with List and Labels matters. I rather looking for any simpler solution.

Hi with the ProSteel Tools you can find Elements per Hole diameter.
Then you create a Partlist per Diameter and Export it to Excel.
Or make a drawing Partlist and add the column Boltcount.
Yes I know that tool, an I use it in the the way you described, but i look for any faster and shorter way.I was hoped that ProsteelToll during replacing type of holes, or changing their diameter- is counting them, has the result and it is possible to see that figure, but as I see it is rather not possible.Anyhow thank you for your help.
Ok, great to hear, there is no other way yet, or you need to learn .Net coding :-)
