Advice on how to unpin/access properties dialog.

Thanks for posting this query in Bentley Community Forum.

May I know, are you using in multiple screen. This may happen when user use multiple monitors and the dialog box once opened in other screen, get stuck in that one.

So to make this avoid, following steps you need to do.

1. Delete all the *wndcfg.sve files from the User>AppData location (C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Bentley\ProStructures\10.0.0\prefs\Personal_WndCfg). Attached the Wiki link to show how to do.

2. If the above step does not resolve your issue, you can do restore defaults. For detail how to do the Restore defauls please follow the Wiki Link below.

Step 1. Didn't work, but Step 2 resolve the issue and properties dialog box appears now.
