Import/Export ProSteel/Tekla

Question

What is the easiest way to Import from Tekla to ProSteel, and then convert back again? 
 I have heard about ISM's and repositories, and structural synchronizer, but have no idea what they are, where to get them, and how to use/install them.

ISM is Integrated Structural Modeling. It's a kind of improved analytical Import and Export like SDF. It looks like the latest version of Tekla is not supporting it anymore but former ones. IFC to Tekla is the best for Import.
