ProSteel CONNECT for AutoCAD - Fatal Error

Question

Hi, 
 
 I would appreciate some help. 
 
 AuoCAD has fatal error, when I hover over any prosteel element. I can draw atleast one element fine, but as soon as I hover over or select I get a fatal error and AutoCAD crashes. 
 
 Has anyone else seen this and/or have any suggestions. I have tried uninstalling and reinstallign sever times (AutoCAD and Prosteel) but no luck. 
 
 I also have managed to set-up on another machine (same hardware) just fine. Windows 10, AutoCAD 2020, ProStructures Connect.

here are some suggestions 
 There had been issues with the A365 Desktop App or with the graphics drivers and hardware acceleration 
 if this does not solve the issue we request you please refer to the below Wiki Link and check for the steps in logging a Service Request (SR).
