OK thanks for the key-in command to manage shape definitions. That could be helpful. I was able to get my 16B shape to work for my two different bar locations. Basically I checked my actual bars and on one end the angle between A and B was not exactly 90 and it should have been. Once I corrected the Rebar in the model to have the A-B angle 90 and deleted all my bar marks and repositioned it picked up the 16B shape on it own for both sets of bars. The dimensions in the Schedule generator were not working, I will need to look into that. Also should have posted this to the ProConcrete forum my mistake.
