PS_REBUILD

Hi guys. Is there any documentation on discussing PS_REBUILD options? Some items there are unclear on what it actually do.

Any help will be deeply appreciated. Thanks!

  • Actually there are some options in the command require some caution, therefore it was not made public.

In the MicroStation version it is the key-in ProStructures rebuild, with identical options.

The basic useful ones are explained here.

60 to recover and rebuild the elements in the model.

50 to clean up the model.

41 for updating Graphics and non-reacting elements

8 would show you potential problematic parts

7 is useful when by any reason a part has a length of 0, this could cause crashes in detailing

    6 removes faulty parts

1 is useful to identify parts causing long modeling times

12 is also a test for potential problematic parts

14, 15 to select only curved and bend parts

42 if you changed your tooltips.ini and won't restart your application.

20 don´t use as it could cause blocked drawings, it could be used for example to delete all Position flag or bolt styles in the drawing
