Prosteel_2d Extraction_Fatal error issue

Thanks for posting your query over the Bentley ProStructures Community Forum,

As it can be seen form the error pictures, we recommend you to delete the cache files 
in the Graphics Cache to the day your application last worked fine.

You can find these files at - 
C:\Users\*User Name*\AppData\Local\Autodesk\AutoCAD20XX - English\RXX.X\enu\GraphicsCache

We believe this will resolve your issue. Please update us on the same, so that we can
assist you further if needed.

It would be kind if you can upload the model, you are having issues width, and tell us at what point you are crashing, either in detail express or when doing step by step detailing. If you do a step by step 2D extraction, it will be mostly a very specific part, if the above solution does not help.

I can't attach my Prosteel 3D model File, because of the size (128MB). The fatal error is coming, while running the 2D extraction process.

Kindly suggest the solutions.

Also please mention which AutoCAD version and which ProSteel version you are using.
