Unable to change/reset forum password

Hi,

I realise this may not be the best place to post this question.. but this is the only Bentley forum I use.

I have been trying to reset me Bentley Communities password, tried multiple times with multiple new passwords, and it is still my old password that will log me in.

What do I need to do to get this to work?

    Hi Sandip,
    Admin have misunderstood my question.  I did not ask for my password to be reset.  My complaint was that I am unable to change my password through the Profile>Settings>Password Reset method.
    I go through the procedure of resetting my password (password reset email).  But this is ineffective and I am unable to reset the password.
    Now I have been assigned a temporary password, and I am unable to change it.
    Please fix ASAP.
