It is possible in PS on autocad? It will be very useful when we can add background to flag position.

It very simple
In the most of the installation drawings or detail drawings we see that will be better for us when the flag position can be get mask text like autocad
In the installation drawings the most importment is position number and dimension. That will be nice when we can change that in option of position flag.
