I have the same problem
You should get this only after directly creating the Partlist and Detailcenter, also you receive a warning in the product that undo is temporarily disabled when doing this.
Please always save before doing Partlist and Detailing. Later undo is working as expected.
Which version of ProStructures are you using ?
