How to remove or eliminate？This problem has seriously affected the drawing problem of our design.。

not that I can see as the 3D elements and the 2D elements within the cells are all on the same level, so if you turn off level for 1, the whole cell will disappear. 

Unless you want to create a custom compound cell yourself in OBD, then you can address the issue this way.
