When I am using Structural Modeler V8i and when I hold down Shift and click the right mouse button to get the toolbar to pop up, I get this block box that appears and takes up half of my screen, the only way to get rid of it is to close down.
I have put a ticket in with Bentley and they are saying it has to do with my Video Card, but I have other users who have the same machine and have no problem.
I have even tried to rebuild the machine but it still happens.
I am currently running a Nivida Quardo NVS 420. I have tried to up and downgrade the drivers with no luck.
Anyone have any settings I can change or ideas of what i can do?
Does Ctrl+Right Click do the same thing? Both options simply open pop-up menus, so I'm wondering if it's the pop-up mechanism itself or something about the view based menu opened via Shift+Right Click.
I havent had it do it with Ctrl+Right Click , just with Shift + Right Click.
Its very random, but it causes the user to get out of the application and restart each time it pops up.
OK, that's an odd one! Any idea if each user has a different setup in regards to graphics card configuration? For example, nVIDEA cards typically include an applet with a bunch of graphics settings. Maybe one user profile has a different combination of settings?
