    Background

    In order to plot a large number of drawings (e.g. singleparts) you might want to use the Batchplot-feature.

    Steps to Accomplish

    Batchplotting with ProSteel in combination with Detail Center Express

    Prepare the format file (frame DWG)

    Open the required frame DWG, start the plot dialogue in the model area, edit your adjustments incl. plotstyle (1);

    save it as Setup with any name (2); execute on the present layout (3). Save the frame DWG this way.

    Now start the Detail Center Express on your model; it creates the desired (singlepart-) drawings.

     Then start the batchplot via AutoCAD/ File/ Publish.

    Delete all entries here in order to load a new batch of drawings.

    Exclude the layouts (1) and add the drawings via +button (2). It is important that there are no errors shown beneath "Status" (green check mark); this should be warranted by step 1. Finally start the batchplotting by clicking the button "Publish" (3).
