In general you can use all platform commands such as move copy turn and so on.
ProSteel offers also a feature for this commands which has some advantages.

Start the ProSteel Copy/Move/Mirror/Align Dialog




On tab Copy lock Y-Axis and start copy for groups.



Select the frame and left click to confirm the selection.
Click now a point on the axis one and any point on axis 2.



So ProSteel Copy has following advantages:
-copieng complete group, only one part of the group must be selected.
-locking axis, this is good for easier start and target points and also prevents 
  snapping z-points by accident when working in a plain view.

Now both frames should be finnished.
