    Background

New, or moved objects don't appear or appear at the old position when using
    visual styles.

    Steps to Accomplish

This seems to be related to a few graphic cards.
Here a solution how to avoid this problem.

Start the command CUI via the command line.
    1. Search for visual
    2. Select the command you are using.
    3. Click in the macro field
    4. Open the macro editor

Add "PS_RESHADE " at the end of the macro. It is to important to have a free space after PS_RESHADE

Do this for all visual commands you are using.

Than test the commands. PS_RESHADE should automatically be performed and avoid any displaying differences.
