    General

Why are nested elements not shown by the item browser?

Presently, nested elements are not yet supported by the item browser.

Why can I not merge a reference model to a master model?

The merge command is presently not supported. However, the reference model can be copied to the master model.

I cannot find the cloning command irregular dispatch rebar.

Use MicroStation copy command and copy the rebar along with the construction line(s).

I am unable to cope welded I shapes.

Presently, coping of welded shapes are not supported yet. However, you can achieve the same result using polycuts.

    IFC

Which elements are not supported by the IFC export?

Presently, MicroStation cells, concrete stairs, EED data, and some rebar properties are not supported.

    COE

The weight properties in the item browser is zero or incorrect.

Copy ProStructureMaterial.mdb locally and edit ProStructures.cfg file to point the stored location of mdb file.

When I reference a model, I am not seeing any elements or the elements are scaled incorrectly.

Currently, the master and reference UOR must match.

    DWG Adapter

After editing my converted blocks/cells, they disappear in the dgn model.

    a) Any custom user blocks should be converted and copied manually to the appropriate path, and b) the block path name should be updated to point the new target location.

    ISM Connection Edition

My assigned material name is not recognized after exporting or updating my ISM file.

The material name mapping can be made permanent by saving the material name to an exchange mapping file.
