At the beginning of modelling we need to set up the Area Class, Display Class and Part Family. In that case we can create new template for each class and can save those templates. But if it is already created then we can easily call those templates. Import/Export plays an important role in this case. It is very helpful when you started a new model and need to setup those. For doing this you can simply import the templates, already created. In this way we can save a lot of time from typing one by one.
There is a Template button at very below of the each dialog.
If you click this button the Template Manager dialog box will open. In that you need to create a new folder and then save the template in a new name as shown in below snap.
As highlighted the template you created can be exported to your desired location. And when necessary the same can be imported for other project also. Right click on the template and click on Export. It will ask the location where you want to export. Click on Save button to save it.
In this way you can save all the templates in your desired location. After that when you require for any other new project, you can easily import those templates by clicking on Import button.
